Kinesiotherapy
Kinesiotherapy - a kinesiotherapy center where you will be helped to get rid of back and joint pain without surgery, injections and strong drugs. Kinesiotherapy (Physical Therapy) is a branch of physiotherapy, the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system with movements. The goal of treatment is to eliminate pain in affected joints, restore impaired functions of the musculoskeletal system, increase the amplitude of movements and return to an active lifestyle.

Kinesiotherapy is a modern method of treating diseases of the musculoskeletal system. It is used in the presence of intervertebral hernias, joint and back pain. Kinesiotherapy helps to treat without surgery and the prescription of strong medications.
Instructions for conducting training sessions
• Osteochondrosis (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
• Scoliosis, kyphosis, spinal lordosis (1,2,3 degrees)
• Protrusion and herniation of the spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
• Compression fracture of the spine
• Physical therapy for uncomplicated fractures of the spine
• Intervertebral neuralgia
• Spondylosis
• Myositis
• Arthritis and arthrosis of the joints
• Osteoporosis
• Neurological diseases (nerve injuries and inflammation)
• Muscle hypertonicity and hypotonicity
• Fractures of the upper and lower extremities
• Endoprosthesis of the knee and hip joints
• Physical therapy after arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee joints
• Physical therapy for tendons, in case of rupture of ligaments and muscles
• Contracture
• Obesity
• In case of prolapse of internal organs of the abdominal cavity
• Therapeutic physical education in case of flatfoot
• Therapeutic physical education after a stroke
• Therapeutic physical education after a heart attack
• Therapeutic physical education after pneumonia, bronchitis
• Preparation before surgery on the upper and lower extremities
Kinesiotherapy is also used during the recovery of a patient after a stroke. Performing appropriate exercises stimulates the formation of new interneuronal connections. Kinesiotherapy contributes to a more active recovery of self-care skills after a stroke.
Expected result and general advice
Kinesiotherapy helps strengthen the muscular skeleton. Exercises on exercise machines help increase physical activity. Kinesiotherapy helps normalize blood circulation in the body, improving the patient's quality of life.
The duration of treatment varies from 12 to 24 sessions. The average duration of the procedure is 30-60 minutes. It is recommended to conduct classes three times a week. The regimen for visiting the rehabilitation hall is determined by the kinesiologist. If necessary, auxiliary methods are used.
The therapeutic and rehabilitation program consists of a complex of passive and active exercises for the foot, hip and knee joints, back and abdominal muscles. Individual and group treatments are conducted. If prescribed by a doctor, you can participate in a test exercise therapy session, which will introduce the patient to the treatment method.
We work with the causes of the disease. Our goal is to eliminate them, not just temporarily relieve the patient of symptoms. The course of therapeutic physical education and the set of exercises are selected by the doctor after a diagnostic examination, confirmation of the diagnosis, and assessment of the condition of the ligamentous apparatus.
What is kinesiotherapy?
Kinesitherapy literally means treatment through movement. Manual therapy, various types of physical exercises, massages - all of this is treatment through movement. In the case of extreme rehabilitation, the therapy process occurs through tension in the body.
Most people are accustomed to thinking that in case of acute back pain, loading the patient with exercise equipment is not only not recommended, but also completely prohibited, and some doctors also share the same opinion. However, the musculoskeletal system is designed to withstand heavy loads, which is why treatment with pills and immobilization, that is, rest, will not be effective.
During the treatment of extreme rehabilitation, the affected muscles and ligaments are gradually included in the therapeutic process, in which they begin to load and force them to move in the right directions. As a result, after the end of such treatment, the person is again able to control his body and returns to his normal life without restrictions. To achieve the desired result, specialists teach patients to perform various movements that imply tension, teach them to breathe correctly during exercises, and perform physical therapy exercises and auxiliary water procedures. The main principle is to use movements that heal, not injure, without the use of drugs and instructions for rest.
What does natural healing mean?
Man is a part of nature, and the ability to live in accordance with its laws is natural healing itself. That is, first of all, it is the ability to communicate with all natural manifestations and natural energy. And secondly, it is the ability to use the internal resources of the organism, because they are the medicine, and not what a person takes from the outside (for example, pills). They combine when more favorable conditions are created for this. That is, the patient himself is treated in favorable conditions, without drugs, and this is a natural phenomenon.
Kinesiotherapy aims to create conditions for your muscles, ligaments, and joints to heal by working in a supportive environment. All treatment and therapy is aimed at replenishing the lack of tension and movement, including rotational movement, that is lacking in modern city life.
Do you think the methods of treating spinal diseases in standard medicine are unnatural?
Only those that lead to a deterioration in the quality of life. Pills, injections and surgeries are only necessary in case of emergency medical care. Emergency medical care and emergency medical care are necessary, its importance cannot be underestimated, because only thanks to it is it possible to save people's lives in emergency situations.
But the problem is that emergency medical care methods are often used to treat the chronic stage. As a result, patients come to the clinic after months and even years of trying to treat a herniated disc in the hospital, using pain-relieving injections, anti-inflammatory drugs, physiotherapy, and lasers.
This method of treating such problems is not only ineffective, but often harmful, because after a short period of noticeable improvement, the exacerbation phase begins again. And this can continue indefinitely, depending on how strong the person's health is.
At the same time, remission is shortened each time, and periods of exacerbations, instead of improving the condition, become more painful and acute. Many different medications provoke allergic reactions, and complications affect the liver and kidneys, causing disruption of their functions.
Many years of experience allow us to say that when the disease becomes chronic, emergency medical treatment methods do not work.
They need to be treated with natural therapy methods, namely kinesiotherapy methods.
Why, when diagnosed with "osteochondrosis," are kinesitherapists against spinal surgery?
Based on the answers to the previous questions, it can already be understood that such diseases cannot be treated operatively, that is, with surgical methods.
The course of the postoperative period cannot be predicted, no matter how flawlessly the surgeons perform the operation, and no matter how accurately the doctors calculate the surgical approach.
Exacerbations can occur unpredictably and irregularly, because the laws of nature have been violated, and the organism is in a disoriented state.
And the state of rest recommended by doctors, that is, the forced immobility of the patient during the period after surgery, together with a number of medications, can lead to the fact that the person will not only not be cured, but may even become disabled.
What does extreme workload mean?
This is the level of exertion at which all the body's forces are mobilized, that is, the most optimal conditions are created for healing from the disease, both the main and concomitant diseases. The level will be different for each person, depending on age, physical fitness, and health status.
For example, there is a patient, a 48-year-old woman with multiple hernias in the lumbar region. But in addition to this, she also has diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. During the therapy, not only did her back begin to hurt less, but her legs stopped going numb, and she was able to walk straight. Moreover, her blood sugar levels and blood pressure normalized. The patient lost about 15 kg without resorting to extreme diets, no longer suffers from shortness of breath, and looks much fresher and younger. This is what is called extreme therapeutic overload.
How often do you hear people complain that after any movement, for example, if a person bends over to dig a hole or lift a bucket, their back pain worsens? Isn't it terrible to prescribe exercises on simulators to such people if such simple actions cause them pain?
Absolutely not, because it is about performing this or that exercise correctly, and we control it. In addition, all loads are strictly dosed: we calculate the weight, the direction of the applied force, because our goal is movements that heal, not mutilate.
When digging ditches, a person, especially an untrained one, makes chaotic movements, which as a result cripples his back. Our treatment system is aimed at bringing a person to the level of his extreme loads, teaching him to relieve the tension afterwards, and after that he will be able to dig ditches and carry buckets without any worries.
How to breathe correctly?
The topic of breathing is quite complex, despite the fact that it is one of the main and natural functions of the human body, with the exception of 5% of patients, everyone else simply does not know how to breathe correctly. The rules of breathing are quite complex, they are mainly enshrined in Eastern medical teachings (Yoga, Pilates), while it contains the main human potential. Therefore, breathing correctly is very important, and we have tried to adapt the rules of breathing in our treatment scheme.
The ability to breathe correctly is the most important condition for effective and efficient therapy, and therefore breathing exercises occupy a significant place in the system of therapeutic exercises.
How long does the effect of kinesiotherapy treatment last?
Your health is determined by how well you follow the rules of a healthy lifestyle, and you maintain health rules; they cannot be accumulated.
Completing 12 or 24 kinesitherapy sessions is a benchmark for the patient to master the rules of health, and then he or she must do it independently and continuously. We provide the basics that you introduce into your daily life after the rehabilitation period is over.
After a long illness, during which movement was prohibited, therapeutic physical education and other activities bring real pleasure to the patient, as a result of which they produce endorphins - hormones of joy, which subsequently contribute to recovery. In addition, people who have returned to normal life after a long illness through therapeutic exercises begin to feel discomfort without it, they need movement, it becomes an integral part of their life and health maintenance.
Are there any limitations to kinesiotherapy treatment?
There are certain age restrictions, but old age is not a number, but a lack of training. Restoring health with therapeutic exercises and other natural methods is possible even at the age of 60, the question is how much health a person has. However, you should not think that you can start treatment at any time and it will never be too late, constantly postponing it. This is not true, you need to be able to move, be aware of everything that is happening.
When admitting patients for treatment, we also tell patients who smoke that smoking makes the treatment process much more difficult and increases recovery time. After all, proper breathing is one of the main components of our approach and is the basis of recovery, and a person who smokes cannot have proper breathing.
At the same time, we also work with smokers, who sooner or later give up this harmful habit. They understand that by quitting smoking, they are helping themselves, their spine, because until they quit smoking, they will not be able to fully heal their back.
